Welcome to Dgenzone.

These Terms & Conditions, also called the “Terms,” govern your access to and use of Dgenzone, including our website, application, platform, services, features, tools, content, marketplace features, social features, paid and free bet-sharing features, statistics, rankings, reviews, comments, profiles, and any related services collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

By creating an account, accessing Dgenzone, using Dgenzone, posting content, tracking bets, sharing bets, purchasing access to content, selling access to content, commenting, reviewing, following users, viewing rankings, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Dgenzone.

1. Important Notice

Dgenzone is a platform for bet tracking, statistics, social sharing, rankings, reviews, and optional paid or free access to user-generated betting-related content.

Dgenzone is not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, gambling operator, broker, betting exchange, betting intermediary, financial advisor, investment advisor, or gambling advisor.

Dgenzone does not place bets for users.

Dgenzone does not accept wagers.

Dgenzone does not hold betting funds.

Dgenzone does not guarantee wins, profits, predictions, picks, outcomes, rankings, statistics, or betting success.

All betting decisions are made solely by users.

2. Eligibility

You may use Dgenzone only if you are legally allowed to do so in your location.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access betting-related content.

You may not use Dgenzone if:

• You are under the legal age required in your location.
• You are prohibited by law from accessing betting-related content.
• You are located somewhere where use of Dgenzone would be unlawful.
• You have previously been suspended or banned from Dgenzone.
• You intend to use Dgenzone for illegal gambling, fraud, abuse, harassment, or deceptive activity.

Users are responsible for understanding and following all laws that apply to them. Gambling and betting laws vary by location. Dgenzone does not guarantee that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction.

3. Definitions

For these Terms:

“Dgenzone,” “we,” “us,” and “our” means the owner and operator of the Dgenzone Platform.

“User,” “you,” and “your” means any person who accesses or uses Dgenzone.

“Platform” means Dgenzone’s website, app, software, services, features, tools, pages, APIs, user accounts, content, marketplace features, social features, and related services.

“User Content” means any content submitted, uploaded, posted, shared, created, sold, displayed, or made available by users, including bets, bet images, statistics, comments, reviews, ratings, posts, profile content, product listings, biographies, usernames, and messages.

“Bet Data” means betting-related information entered by users, including odds, stake, amount risked, winnings, losses, sports, bet type, bet status, screenshots, notes, and results.

“Public Profile” means a user profile that the user chooses to make visible to other users or visitors, depending on Platform settings.

“Private Profile” means a user profile with limited visibility, subject to Platform settings and approved access.

“Seller” means a user who shares, lists, offers, or sells access to bets, products, content, subscriptions, or related information.

“Buyer” means a user who purchases, subscribes to, unlocks, accesses, or receives free or paid content from another user.

“Paid Content” means user-generated content, products, bets, statistics, posts, or access that requires payment.

“Free Content” means user-generated content, products, bets, posts, or access made available without payment.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of Dgenzone, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your information updated.
• Keep your password secure.
• Not share your account with unauthorized people.
• Notify Dgenzone if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless caused by Dgenzone’s own proven security failure.

Dgenzone may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated or if account activity may harm the Platform, users, or third parties.

5. Username and Profile Rules

You may not use a username, display name, profile image, banner, biography, or profile content that:

• Impersonates another person or organization.
• Violates someone else’s rights.
• Is misleading, hateful, abusive, obscene, or threatening.
• Promotes illegal activity.
• Contains private information about another person.
• Suggests official affiliation with Dgenzone without permission.
• Uses protected trademarks without authorization.
• Is created to deceive, scam, spam, or manipulate other users.

Dgenzone may remove, modify, or restrict usernames, profile content, or account identifiers that violate these Terms.

6. User Responsibility

Dgenzone is a user-driven platform. You are responsible for:

• The information you enter.
• The bets you track.
• The statistics generated from your data.
• The content you post.
• The products or listings you create.
• The paid or free content you share.
• The comments and reviews you publish.
• The users you follow.
• The profile visibility settings you choose.
• Your own betting decisions.
• Your compliance with local laws.
• Your tax, financial, gambling, and legal obligations.

Dgenzone is not responsible for your decisions, losses, bets, financial outcomes, or reliance on content posted by other users.

7. Dgenzone Is Not Responsible for Betting Outcomes

Dgenzone does not guarantee:

• Winning bets
• Profits
• Accurate predictions
• Successful picks
• Reliable sellers
• Accurate rankings
• Accurate user statistics
• Accurate screenshots
• Accurate user-submitted bet history
• Future results
• Any return on payment for paid content

Betting involves risk. You may lose money. You should never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

Any content on Dgenzone is for informational, tracking, social, entertainment, or user-generated sharing purposes only.

8. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Gambling Advice

Dgenzone does not provide financial, legal, tax, gambling, or investment advice.

Nothing on the Platform should be treated as professional advice.

Before making betting, financial, tax, or legal decisions, you should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

You are solely responsible for your decisions and their consequences.

9. Bet Tracking and Statistics

Dgenzone may allow users to track bets and view statistics.

Statistics may include information such as:

• Wins
• Losses
• Pending bets
• Cancelled bets
• Void bets
• Profit/loss
• Amount risked
• Win rate
• Average odds
• Streaks
• Sport-specific performance
• Rankings
• Public profile analytics
• Product or seller performance

Statistics depend on the accuracy of user-entered information and Platform calculations.

Dgenzone does not guarantee that statistics are accurate, complete, current, or useful for predicting future outcomes.

Users may enter inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or false information. You should not rely on any statistic as a guarantee of future betting success.

10. Public Profiles, Rankings, and Visibility

Dgenzone may allow users to make their profiles public or private.

If your profile is public, other users may be able to view information such as:

• Username
• Profile image
• Biography
• Public bets
• Public statistics
• Rankings
• Reviews
• Products
• Seller content
• Follower activity
• Public posts
• Other public profile information

If your profile is private, visibility may be limited, but some information may still appear where necessary to operate the Platform, such as comments, reviews, transaction records, notifications, usernames, or content you previously made public.

Dgenzone may rank users, profiles, products, sellers, bets, or statistics based on Platform logic. Rankings are informational only and may change over time.

Rankings do not guarantee accuracy, skill, profitability, trustworthiness, or future performance.

11. Paid and Free Bet Sharing

Dgenzone may allow users to share betting-related content with other users for free or for payment.

Shared content may include:

• Bets
• Bet records
• Bet screenshots
• Bet notes
• Product bundles
• Statistics
• Marketplace listings
• Public or private profile content
• Seller-created content
• Subscription-based content
• Free access content
• Paid access content

Sellers are responsible for the content they share.

Buyers are responsible for deciding whether to purchase, unlock, subscribe to, or rely on content.

Dgenzone does not guarantee that any paid or free content will be accurate, profitable, useful, timely, complete, or successful.

12. Seller Rules

If you sell, list, share, or provide access to paid or free content, you agree that:

• Your content must be truthful and not misleading.
• You must not guarantee wins or profits.
• You must not claim certainty about future outcomes.
• You must not fake betting records or screenshots.
• You must not manipulate statistics.
• You must not sell content you do not have the right to sell.
• You must not misrepresent your identity, experience, ranking, or results.
• You must comply with all laws that apply to you.
• You must disclose material connections, sponsorships, incentives, or paid relationships where required.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations related to your sales.
• You must not use Dgenzone to operate an illegal betting, gambling, or wagering service.

Dgenzone may remove seller content, restrict seller features, withhold access, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe seller activity violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the Platform.

13. Buyer Rules

If you purchase, subscribe to, unlock, or access paid or free content, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own decision to purchase or access content.
• You understand that paid content may not result in successful bets.
• You understand that past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You will not share, resell, leak, copy, distribute, or repost paid content unless allowed by Dgenzone and the seller.
• You will not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, subscriptions, or entitlements.
• You will not misuse refund, chargeback, or dispute processes.
• You will comply with all laws that apply to you.

Purchasing content does not create a betting, gambling, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you, Dgenzone, or the seller.

14. Payments, Fees, Payouts, and Taxes

Dgenzone may support paid features, paid content, subscriptions, seller payouts, service fees, platform fees, processing fees, or other charges.

By making a purchase or selling content, you authorize Dgenzone and its payment processors to process payments, fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payouts as applicable.

Dgenzone may use third-party payment processors. Payment processors may have their own terms, policies, verification rules, fees, identity checks, and compliance requirements.

Dgenzone may deduct platform fees, processing fees, refund amounts, chargeback amounts, taxes, or other amounts from seller payouts where applicable.

Sellers are responsible for their own tax reporting and tax obligations.

Dgenzone does not provide tax advice.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by Dgenzone’s refund policy, product-specific terms, seller rules, checkout disclosures, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Dgenzone:

• Payments for digital content may be final.
• Access to paid betting-related content may not be refundable once unlocked.
• Refund availability may depend on the product type, access status, seller policy, platform policy, and timing.
• Dgenzone may deny refund requests involving abuse, fraud, excessive refund activity, or misuse.
• Chargebacks may result in account restriction, access removal, or suspension.

Dgenzone may offer different refund rules for different products, subscriptions, or sellers.

Any refund policy shown at checkout should control for that purchase, unless overridden by applicable law.

16. Subscriptions

Dgenzone may offer free or paid subscriptions to users, products, sellers, or content.

Subscription terms may include:

• Subscription price
• Billing frequency
• Renewal terms
• Cancellation rules
• Access period
• Refund rules
• Content included
• Seller or product limitations

By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal if you do not want to continue.

Deleting your account may not automatically cancel third-party billing unless Dgenzone or the payment processor confirms cancellation. You should cancel active subscriptions through your account settings, payment processor, or support channel.

17. Content Access and Entitlements

Dgenzone may grant access to paid or free content through entitlements, purchases, subscriptions, approvals, or other access rules.

Dgenzone may revoke, suspend, or modify access if:

• A payment fails.
• A refund is issued.
• A chargeback occurs.
• A subscription is cancelled.
• Fraud or abuse is suspected.
• A seller removes content.
• A product is removed.
• A user violates these Terms.
• Access was granted by mistake.
• Dgenzone is required to do so by law or policy.

Access to content does not guarantee that the content will remain available forever.

18. Reviews and Ratings

Dgenzone may allow users to review products, sellers, profiles, or content.

Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on real experience.

You may not post reviews that are:

• Fake
• Paid without disclosure
• Misleading
• Abusive
• Harassing
• Discriminatory
• Spam
• Retaliatory
• Manipulated
• Written using fake accounts
• Posted to artificially increase or decrease ratings
• Posted about yourself using another account
• Posted in exchange for undisclosed compensation

Where required by law or advertising rules, users must clearly disclose material connections, incentives, sponsorships, payments, free products, or relationships that may affect a review or endorsement. Canadian guidance warns that disclosures should be clear, prominent, and visible to users.

Dgenzone may remove, hide, moderate, or restrict reviews that violate these Terms or appear suspicious.

19. Comments, Posts, and Community Conduct

Dgenzone may allow users to comment, reply, post, react, follow, and interact with others.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or bully others.
• Post hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Share illegal content.
• Encourage self-harm or violence.
• Share sexually explicit or exploitative content.
• Post spam or scams.
• Impersonate others.
• Doxx or reveal private information.
• Manipulate rankings, reviews, or statistics.
• Promote illegal betting or gambling services.
• Solicit users for unlawful activity.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Attempt to disrupt the Platform.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation without permission.
• Circumvent access restrictions.
• Create multiple accounts to avoid enforcement.

Dgenzone may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content where necessary to protect the Platform, users, legal compliance, or community integrity.

20. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the User Content you create and submit to Dgenzone, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant Dgenzone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, and use your User Content as needed to:

• Operate the Platform
• Display your content according to your settings
• Provide paid or free access features
• Show statistics and rankings
• Process reviews, comments, and follows
• Promote or improve the Platform
• Enforce these Terms
• Comply with law
• Maintain backups
• Protect users and the Platform

This license continues for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and protect Dgenzone and users.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your User Content and grant this license.

21. Dgenzone Content and Intellectual Property

Dgenzone owns or licenses the Platform, including its software, design, branding, logo, layout, user interface, code, databases, features, text, graphics, systems, and related intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit Dgenzone’s Platform, software, branding, or proprietary content without written permission.

Using Dgenzone does not give you ownership of Dgenzone’s intellectual property.

22. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Dgenzone to:

• Operate a sportsbook, betting pool, casino, or illegal gambling service.
• Accept wagers from other users.
• Facilitate illegal gambling.
• Launder money.
• Commit fraud.
• Sell fake or misleading betting records.
• Guarantee betting outcomes.
• Harass or exploit others.
• Post illegal content.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Scrape or harvest data.
• Reverse engineer the Platform.
• Interfere with security features.
• Bypass payment systems.
• Manipulate rankings or statistics.
• Create fake reviews.
• Use stolen payment methods.
• Evade bans or suspensions.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Dgenzone.
• Use the Platform in a way that violates applicable law.

Dgenzone may investigate and take action against prohibited use.

23. No Unauthorized Data Scraping

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, index, copy, extract, download, or collect data from Dgenzone without written permission.

This includes:

• User profiles
• Public statistics
• Bet records
• Rankings
• Comments
• Reviews
• Product listings
• Seller data
• Marketplace data
• Usernames
• Images
• Platform content

Dgenzone may block, throttle, suspend, or take legal action against unauthorized scraping or automated access.

24. Privacy

Your use of Dgenzone is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Dgenzone handles information, user data, public profiles, cookies, payments, security, and privacy choices.

By using Dgenzone, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

25. Public Content Warning

If you publish content or make your profile public, other users may view, save, copy, screenshot, download, share, or repost your content.

Dgenzone cannot fully control what other users do with public or shared content.

Do not post information you want to keep private.

This applies to:

• Public bets
• Public statistics
• Public profiles
• Reviews
• Comments
• Posts
• Rankings
• Product listings
• Seller content
• Shared screenshots
• Profile images
• Biographies

26. Third-Party Services

Dgenzone may rely on third-party services, including:

• Hosting providers
• Cloud storage providers
• Payment processors
• Email providers
• Analytics providers
• Security providers
• Identity verification providers
• Notification providers
• Customer support tools

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Dgenzone is not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, fees, policies, or decisions.

27. Platform Availability

Dgenzone may not always be available.

The Platform may be interrupted, delayed, limited, or unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Bugs
• Server issues
• Internet problems
• Payment processor issues
• Cloud provider issues
• Security incidents
• Legal requirements
• Force majeure events
• Third-party failures

Dgenzone does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent access.

28. Changes to the Platform

Dgenzone may change, suspend, remove, update, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time.

This includes:

• Private profiles
• Reviews
• Comments
• Follows
• Marketplace features
• Paid content

• Subscriptions

Dgenzone is not liable for changes, interruptions, or discontinued features.

29. Account Suspension and Termination

Dgenzone may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You violate the Privacy Policy.
• You violate community rules.
• You break the law.
• You engage in fraud or abuse.
• You manipulate statistics, rankings, reviews, or payments.
• You misuse paid or free content.
• You harass other users.
• You create safety, legal, financial, or reputational risk.
• Your account is inactive for an extended period.
• Dgenzone is required to do so by law, payment processors, or service providers.

Dgenzone may also remove content, restrict access, withhold payouts, disable seller features, cancel subscriptions, or block future use where appropriate.

30. Effect of Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated:

• You may lose access to your account.
• You may lose access to bet history.
• You may lose access to statistics.
• You may lose access to paid or free content.
• You may lose seller features.
• Your products or listings may be removed.
• Your public profile may be hidden or deleted.
• Your comments, reviews, or public interactions may remain where allowed by law and Platform policy.
• Dgenzone may retain records needed for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security reasons.

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination.

31. User Disputes

Users are responsible for their interactions with other users.

Dgenzone is not responsible for disputes between users, including disputes involving:

• Paid content
• Free content
• Bet accuracy
• Seller claims
• Buyer expectations
• Reviews
• Comments
• Follows
• Profile visibility
• Refund expectations
• Betting outcomes
• Personal disagreements
• Off-platform communications

Dgenzone may, but is not required to, help investigate or resolve disputes.

Dgenzone may take action if a dispute involves fraud, abuse, harassment, legal risk, or Platform violations.

32. Disclaimers

Dgenzone is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dgenzone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Security
• Profitability
• Betting success
• Ranking accuracy
• Seller reliability
• Buyer satisfaction

Dgenzone does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted.
• The Platform will be error-free.
• Statistics will be accurate.
• Rankings will be correct.
• Sellers will be truthful.
• Buyers will behave properly.
• Paid content will be profitable.
• Free content will be useful.
• Any bet will win.
• User Content will be accurate.
• Bugs or defects will be fixed immediately.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dgenzone and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for:

• Betting losses
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost data
• Lost opportunities
• Failed bets
• Inaccurate statistics
• Misleading user content
• User disputes
• Payment processor issues
• Seller misconduct
• Buyer misconduct
• Unauthorized access
• Platform downtime
• Ranking errors
• Review manipulation
• Account suspension
• Content removal
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Punitive damages
• Special damages

Dgenzone’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid directly to Dgenzone in the three months before the claim, or
• CAD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

34. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dgenzone and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your betting decisions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law
• Your violation of another person’s rights
• Your seller activity
• Your buyer activity
• Your reviews or comments
• Your misuse of paid or free content
• Your fraud, abuse, or misconduct
• Your tax obligations
• Your payment disputes or chargebacks
• Your interaction with other users

35. Responsible Gambling Notice

Dgenzone is not a gambling operator, but the Platform contains betting-related content.

Betting can be risky and may become harmful.

You should use Dgenzone responsibly and never bet more than you can afford to lose.

If betting is causing financial, emotional, personal, or relationship harm, consider seeking help from responsible gambling resources in your location. The Responsible Gambling Council provides education and resources related to gambling risks and responsible gambling.

Dgenzone may restrict or suspend accounts where we believe Platform activity creates legal, safety, fraud, or harm-related concerns.

36. Compliance With Laws

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of Dgenzone, including laws related to:

• Gambling
• Sports betting
• Advertising
• Consumer protection
• Privacy
• Taxes
• Intellectual property
• Payments
• Online conduct
• Reviews and endorsements
• Age restrictions
• Financial reporting
• Marketplace activity

Dgenzone does not guarantee that the Platform is legal in your location.

37. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on Dgenzone violates your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, contact us at:

If Dgenzone does not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Dgenzone waives the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Dgenzone.

45. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Dgenzone’s written permission.

Dgenzone may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, financing, or operation of the Platform.

46. Entire Agreement
